This week we completed another damp proofing project in Liverpool. The property had signs of rising damp on the wall at the bottom of the stairs, so we installed a new chemical damp proof course, membrane and plastered the affected area. To tackle ongoing condensation issues, we also fitted a PIV (Positive Input Ventilation) unit, improving air circulation and helping to reduce excess moisture and black mould.
